Adult Leader Uniform

The adult leader uniform consists of the following parts:

Required:

• Shirt—Adult leaders (male and female) wear the tan Scouts BSA uniform shirt. It is worn with blue shoulder loops (#677). Shirts are always worn tucked in.

  • • • The uniform shirt must have the following patches sewn on (this can be done by the Scout Shop):

        1. Council Strip - Lincoln Heritage Council (pre sewn on new shirts)

        2. World Scouting Crest (pre sewn on new shirts)

        3. Unit Numbers: 154

        4. Position patch: Den Leader, Assistant Den Leader, etc

        5. Trained patch - may be worn after taking the required leader training for your position

• Pants / shorts—Adult leaders (male and female) wear the olive green pants or shorts. Leaders can purchase the official olive green Scouts BSA uniform pants or shorts from the Scout Shop, or can purchase other brands of olive green pants from places like Costco, Amazon, etc.

• Belt—Official Scouts BSA olive green web belt with the metal Scouts BSA buckle. Leather camp, high-adventure base, or Wood Badge belts with official Scouts BSA buckles also may be worn with the adult leader uniform.

  • Neckerchief—Navy blue Cub Scout Leader neckerchief will be provided by the Pack

  • Neckerchief slide— Scouts BSA Neckerchief slide (#655677) or Wood Badge woggle (if earned). Adult leaders may also wear handmade neckerchief slides.

Optional:

• Socks— The official Scouts BSA socks are optional.

• Cap—Optional. Den level (den leaders) or Scouts BSA cap.
